- EASY TO USE, epoxy resin/hardener system for quick repairs, tooling and general bonding. May be used in spot applications to hold parts in position while standard epoxy bonds cure. One-to-one mix, no pumps required.
- FAST CURING 2-PART EPOXY allows 3-5 minutes of working time. It adheres to a number of surfaces including wood, ceramic, metal, leather, plaster, stone, fiberglass, glass, cork, some plastics, and paper. G/5 is an excellent choice for quick repairs around the house, high-end crafts and much more.
- IDEAL VISCOSITY allows it to penetrate porous surfaces yet it's viscous enough to bridge gaps when gluing broken objects.
- EASILY MODIFIED with WEST SYSTEM Fillers, Additives, and Pigments to suit the job at hand. Adding G/5 to other WEST SYSTEM epoxies can speed their cure time. Since this very quick-cure epoxy is not as strong or waterproof as our 105 Resin-based epoxies or G/flex epoxies, G/5 will reduce the cured physical properties of other epoxies when blended with them.
- BEST FOR PROJECTS that will remain dry and are not subject to high loads. Not recommended for long-term bonds subject to high loads or moisture.
