AT3810A Precision LCR Meter 10Hz-20kHz (Resolution 0.001Hz)

The newly upgraded AT3810A adopt true color TFT-LCD display. Displayed in large fonts, readings are more intuitive. AT3810A with continuous frequency point of 10Hz~20kHz with a resolution of 0.001Hz. Test signal level 0.01Vrms ~ 2.00Vrms (10mV step), (add DCR measurement and internal DC bias (DC BIAS, ±2.5V) AT3810A can test the 4 parameters of the component at the same time. Each parameter can be arbitrarily configured. The newly improved instrument realizes full 6-bit display of the main and auxiliary four parameters. Can scan 10 kinds of frequencies or level lists, also be used for 3 groups users frequency be corrected to improve accuracy. Built-in comparator, through HANDLER interface combined with PLC to complete automatic sorting of components. Built-in RS232/RS485/USB interfaces and GPIB inteface optional, SCPI and Modbus support.
